04Customization Is Your Responsibility
This platform is designed to be customized to your own strategy through code-level configuration. We are not responsible for the outcome of any modifications you make, including changes made with the assistance of third-party AI tools.
Before trading live: test any changes in a paper-trading / sandbox environment before deploying them with real capital. This is your responsibility regardless of who implemented the change.
05No Managed Accounts
We do not manage funds, execute trades on your behalf, or have access to your brokerage credentials beyond what is required for the software to function as configured by you.
06International Use & Jurisdiction
BotWatch is available for purchase globally through our payment processor, which handles applicable VAT, GST, and sales tax collection at checkout. However, financial and trading regulations vary significantly by country.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of BotWatch, and any trading activity you conduct, complies with the laws and regulations of your own country or jurisdiction. We make no representation that BotWatch or its use is appropriate or permitted in every jurisdiction.
In compliance with U.S. export control regulations, BotWatch is not available for purchase by individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes.
